EAV Sketches: The Erechtheum on the Acropolis of Athens
The Erechtheum is one of my favorite temples in Athens. Although the caryatids of the "Porch of Maidens" are structural elements, they create a sense of gracefulness to the temple.
Yea, when my sisters showed up they were like, "O yea, by the way we're all getting matching tattoos." I was like "O no, what did they pick?" and asked what it was, but they said that there was no plan and we would just travel and figure something out. It was totally unexpected and spontaneous!
I'm 23 and just graduated in May 2007 from U of I with B.Arch. I'm taking classes to help me with my portfolio and then moving to the city with my little sister who just graduated from cosmotology school. Also, I'm a member of APX, a co-ed, social/professional fraternity for architecture which has been awesome, we really are like a family.

This is a really good picture. I would love to do some traveling to see buildings like this!
Awesome sketches! And that's really cool that you studied abroad! And even cooler that you got a tattoo while you were there! haha
